Malawi grapples with poverty, limited education access, youth unemployment, and under-resourced communities. Reality Hand was founded to address these challenges through compassion and empowerment — supporting marginalized groups by improving education, child development, and providing tools for sustainable livelihoods.

Programs that change lives
Through targeted interventions, we support vulnerable communities across Malawi with practical, sustainable programs.
Kids' Education Empowerment
Equips school learners with educational materials, mentorship, and life skills to help them succeed academically and build resilience. Aiming to support 100,000 students in public primary schools each year.
Vulnerable & Disability
Supports the elderly, people living with disabilities and poor people with basic care, food packages, and companionship. Aims to support 500 elderly individuals and 400 people with disabilities each year.
Women Empowerment
Engages with women to take part in fields such as technology, entrepreneurship and academics. Supporting all women to build a better Malawi with equal opportunities.
Natural Disaster Response
Provides emergency relief such as food, shelter, and hygiene support to families affected by natural or human-made disasters. Aiming to reach 10,000 people each year.

A Hand Can Change Everything
In rural Malawi, where 88% of children enroll in primary school but only 33% complete it, a single program can transform an entire community. Through our Kids' Education Empowerment Project, we've witnessed students who once had no hope discovering a future they never imagined.
